Why Choose Our Custom Cups & Lids?
A custom iced cup stays in your customer's hand for the whole drink, which makes it the longest-running piece of branding your business will ever buy. Eco Packaging America prints iced cups across every popular size, from 6oz sampler formats up to 24oz, and lists the exact rim diameter with each one so your lids fit first time, every time.
- Sized for real menus — we produce 6oz, 8oz, 12oz, 16oz, 20oz and 24oz formats so you can match the cup to the portion instead of squeezing your whole menu into one size.
- Rim size confirmed in writing — the millimeter rim measurement is printed on every quote and carton label, which removes the single most common cause of lids that will not seat properly.
- Built to hold ice — our stocks are specified for weight, so a full cup of ice and liquid does not flex or buckle when a customer picks it up one-handed.
- Print that stays sharp — high-resolution plates keep small type, gradients and logo edges clean rather than fuzzy, even on a curved wall.
12oz Regular Iced Cups — The everyday workhorse and the highest-volume size across most US drink menus. It holds a satisfying serve for an adult without pushing your cost per drink up, which makes it the natural default for standard iced coffee, soda and tea.
16oz Large Iced Cups — The size customers reach for in warm weather, when they want more ice and a longer drink. It gives you noticeably more printable surface than a 12oz, so it is often the best cup to lead your branding on.
20oz–24oz Extra-Large Cups — Built for thick, heavy or topping-loaded drinks such as smoothies, milkshakes and bubble tea. These formats need a wider rim and a sturdier wall, both of which we specify up front rather than leaving to chance.
- Materials — Food-grade PET, rPET, single- and double-wall paperboard, PLA-lined compostable stock.
- Printing — Offset and flexographic printing, full CMYK, PMS spot color matching, up to 6 colors.
- Finishes — Gloss, matte, soft-touch and frosted effects, with full-wrap or partial-wrap print areas.
- Add-ons — Matching flat, dome and sipper lids, paper or PLA straws, carry trays, sleeves and sealing film.
Every cold cup in this range is available in a recyclable or compostable specification. Choose rPET with post-consumer recycled content, PLA-lined board that breaks down in commercial composting, or plain uncoated stock for the lowest possible impact. We will tell you honestly which option is genuinely accepted by curbside recycling in your region, so your on-pack claims stay accurate.
Fresh juice is bought with the eyes first, so the cup needs to show off color and freshness rather than hide it behind heavy print. Eco Packaging America produces custom juice cups that keep the drink visible while still carrying the ingredient callouts, nutrition cues and brand marks that juice customers actively look for.
- Color sells the drink — clear and lightly printed formats let a green juice or a beetroot blend do the marketing for you, which no amount of printed copy can replicate.
- Room for ingredient callouts — juice buyers read labels, so we lay out space for cold-pressed claims, ingredient lists and wellness messaging without cluttering the design.
- Leak-secure lid fit — juice is thin and unforgiving of a poor seal, so we match rim and lid precisely to keep bags, counters and car cupholders clean.
- Formats for grab-and-go — smaller sampler sizes and larger daily-serve sizes let you run tastings and full retail from one coherent branded range.
8oz–10oz Juice Cups — The right size for shots, samplers and concentrated cold-pressed serves. These smaller formats are also excellent for in-store tastings that convert browsers into buyers.
12oz Standard Juice Cups — The everyday retail size for most juice bars, balancing portion and price cleanly. It is the format customers picture when they think of a fresh juice.
16oz Large Juice Cups — For meal-replacement juices, wellness blends and customers who treat juice as a substantial part of their day. The larger wall gives you space for detailed nutrition messaging.
- Materials — Food-grade PET, rPET, single- and double-wall paperboard, PLA-lined compostable stock.
- Printing — Offset and flexographic printing, full CMYK, PMS spot color matching, up to 6 colors.

What is the most popular custom iced cup size?
12oz and 16oz together account for the majority of iced cup orders in the US. The 12oz is the standard adult serve, while the 16oz sells hardest through summer when customers want more ice and more volume.
Why does the rim size in millimeters matter so much?
Because the lid seats on the rim, not on the body of the cup. A 16oz cup from two suppliers can take completely different lids, so we confirm the mm measurement on every order to prevent loose lids and leaks.
Can I order cups and matching lids together?
Yes, and we recommend it. Ordering the cup and lid as one specification guarantees the fit, and it means you only manage one lead time instead of two.
