Eco Packaging America ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit ecopackagingamerica.com or place an order, how we use and protect it, and the choices and rights you have over your data.
We collect only what we need to quote your project, fulfill your order, and improve our service. This falls into three categories.
Information You Give Us
- Contact details: name, business name, email, phone number, and shipping and billing address
- Order details: product specifications, dimensions, quantities, and uploaded artwork
- Communications: messages you send by form, email, phone, or WhatsApp
Information We Collect Automatically
- Device and browser type, IP address, and general location
- Pages visited, referring links, and time spent on the site

Information From Third Parties
We may receive limited information from payment processors, shipping carriers, and analytics or advertising providers that help us operate the site and complete your order.

When you submit a contact or quote form, we use the details and any files you provide to prepare your quote, design your artwork, and follow up about your project. We do not sell this information.
Payments are processed through PayPal, one of the world's most widely used and trusted digital payment platforms. You can pay using your PayPal balance, a linked bank account, or any major credit or debit card.
Our payment system is protected by:

- Zero storage of sensitive payment or card data on our servers

If you opt in, we may send occasional updates, offers, and packaging tips. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional messages about an active order.
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only to the extent they need it. These include:
- Payment processors, to complete transactions
- Shipping carriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, OnTrac, and LaserShip, to deliver orders
- Analytics and advertising platforms, to measure and improve performance
- IT, hosting, and communication providers, to operate the site and support you
These providers are expected to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to us.

Our site and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or the minimum age in your jurisdiction. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, to request access or deletion, to correct inaccurate data, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We honor recognized opt out signals, including the Global Privacy Control (GPC), where required. We do not sell personal information for money, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
If you access our site from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another region with data protection laws, you may have additional rights, including the right to object to or restrict processing and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Where we process your data, we rely on lawful bases such as your consent, our contract with you, or our legitimate business interests.
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, to fulfill orders, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. We'll post the revised version here with a new "Last updated" date. Significant changes may be communicated more directly.
